One price. Every agent.
Support tools usually bill per agent, so the better your coverage the more you pay. CliqDesk does not. Your team already has ClickUp seats — you should not buy them twice.
Standard
Everything CliqDesk does, for one team.
billed monthly
billed annually · two months free
Works out at $24.17 a month.
Includes one client portal. Each additional portal is $9/month, or $90/year.
Running 5 client portals?
That is $65 a month, or $650 a year. Each portal connects to its own ClickUp workspace, so separate clients stay separate.
Prices in USD. No card required to start. Requires your own ClickUp account.

Before you connect ClickUp
- What the key can reach
- A ClickUp API key cannot be scoped, so it carries whatever the account that issued it can see. We use it to read your workspace structure, create tasks and comments, upload attachments and manage one webhook. Issue it from a service account rather than someone’s personal login.
- What sits where
- ClickUp is the system of record for tasks, comments, assignees, statuses and attachments. CliqDesk also stores the ticket subject, your desk-form answers and replies sent through the portal, so customers can still read their tickets when ClickUp is unreachable. Your API key is encrypted at rest.
- Internal notes stay internal
- Comments on a ClickUp task are hidden from the portal unless they are explicitly sent to the customer. The filter defaults to hidden, so the failure mode is a customer briefly not seeing their own message, never an internal note leaking.
- Turning it off
- Remove the connection in your portal settings and CliqDesk deletes the stored key, the workspace and space it points at, and the webhook. You can also revoke the key inside your own ClickUp account, which stops every call we make regardless of what our settings say.
Questions worth asking first.
- What counts as a client portal?
- One portal is one branded space with its own subdomain, its own request forms and its own customers. Most teams need exactly one. Agencies running separate desks for separate clients add more — that is what the additional-portal price covers.
- Do I pay per agent?
- No. Your team works tickets inside ClickUp, and CliqDesk never charges for them. Add as many agents as you like; the price does not move.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The trial runs for 90 days with no card. We will remind you before it ends, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your customers can still read their existing tickets — we never hold your data hostage. Submitting and replying pause until you subscribe, and everything resumes exactly as it was when you do.
- Do I need my own ClickUp account?
- Yes. CliqDesk is the customer-facing layer on top of ClickUp, not a replacement for it. You connect it with a single ClickUp API key.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes, from your billing settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our refund policy for the details.
- Can each portal connect to a different ClickUp workspace?
- Yes. Every portal holds its own ClickUp key, workspace and list, so an agency running separate portals for separate clients keeps each one in that client's own workspace. Nothing is shared between them.
- When does an additional portal start costing money?
- As soon as it is live. Archive a portal and it stops counting towards your bill from the next sync, and you can bring it back later without losing anything.
- What if I add or remove a portal mid-month?
- The change is prorated for the rest of the period and appears on your next invoice, rather than being charged the moment you make it.
